Refund Policy
The company offers flat-rate pricing for all its services, which is formalised with clients through the signing of a thorough Retainer Agreement prior to any fees being paid. The flat-rate pricing is agreed upon in advance of any services being delivered. We often don’t offer refunds due to the openness of our cost structure.
Within 30 days of signing a retainer agreement and making payment, if a client decides not to use our services, we may, in ssour sole discretion, agree to refund the initial fees paid after taking a deduction for time we have already spent working on the case at our hourly rate of $350 (₹ 21000) per hour. In case of refund raised by client in 24-48 hours the full amount will be refundable after deduction of consultation fees which is of $100+taxes(₹ 6000+Taxes).
We take each of our clients’ situations very seriously, and we’ll do everything we can to make sure the case is successful. The fact that our clients are paying us for our knowledge, work, and time on a case should be understood. While we will always attempt to reach a positive outcome, we cannot guarantee the success of any matter for which we are retained, and we do not issue refunds when a case is unsuccessful.
Taxes levied by the government that may be applicable are in addition to and non-refundable from our fees. This includes the Harmonized Sales Tax for clients residing in Canada (HST). In addition to our legal fees and taxes, there can be other, non-refundable disbursements or costs associated with a case.
If we are appointed by the client within a month following the appointment, the initial consultation fees will be used to the client’s legal costs. If we are not appointed, we do not reimburse consultation fees.
The amount will be refundable in 45-60 working days after receiving the final consent letter from the client. The payment shall be paid by account payee cheque only in the favour of client/principal applicant, irrespective of amount paid by third party.
Any time this refund policy is revised. We will update our website with any changes to our policy.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We would never leave our esteemed clients and that is why we don’t have any cancellation policy. If any cancellation is done by the client, the Refund policy shall apply.
