Mandatory Disclosure
- Exclusions: All professional fees listed below do not include government application fees (e.g., IRCC processing, RPRF, or ESDC LMIA fees), biometric fees, or external disbursements.
- Sales Tax (HST): Fees are subject to a 13% Ontario Harmonized Sales Tax (HST).
- Client Disbursements: The client is directly responsible for all third-party fees, including document translations, courier fees, credential evaluations (WES), medical examinations, and language proficiency tests.
- Custom Retainer: Listed rates represent standard starting fees. Final billing depends on the absolute complexity of the individual case and is legally established only via a signed written Retainer/Service Agreement.

Administrative & Operating Procedures
- Initial Retainer Payment: No work on any case file shall commence until a written Retainer/Service Agreement is executed by both the client and the RCIC, and the first initial payment is successfully cleared.
- Payment Methods: Sawubona Canada Immigration Inc. accepts bank drafts, secure credit card links, wire transfers, and Interac e-transfers. Cash transactions are limited and strictly documented with receipts.
- Refund Policy: Professional fees are non-refundable once the specified milestone work has been executed.
