This draw highlights Quebec's commitment to welcoming skilled workers from various backgrounds and expertise levels. For those in the 'Highly Qualified and Specialized Skills' stream, 87 invitations were issued to individuals who have demonstrated advanced skills and French proficiency. The 'Regulated Professions' stream saw 109 invitations, focusing on those ready to integrate into Quebec's professional landscape. Finally, 21 invitations were extended to individuals with 'Exceptional Talent', recognizing outstanding achievements and expertise.
