You must be at least 18 years of age for using this website, and by agreeing to these terms and conditions you permit and represent that you are at least 18 years of age. Our aim is to be transparent, so you remain comfortable in engaging our services. Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they contain important information about your and our rights and obligations to each other and our relationship with you and in respect of our service offerings to you and your use of our website and online portal.

B) As soon as you have accepted our terms and conditions and have made transfer of the service fees, we will provide you with full access to all resources.
C) A Telephonic or Video consultation(s) will be arranged after you come on board with our qualified and knowledgeable advisors, if required.
D) Full access to our carefully compiled step by step instructions.
E) Will provide forms and documentation lists specific to your case.
F) General assistance will be given by our immigration experts.
G) All information prearranged by our expert regarding to your specific case.
H) Full access to our online client portal with all the information relating to your case at the click of a button.
I) By acquiring a service package through SCI you are entitled to get full support with an expert assigned by Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), regarding your Canadian Immigration Application. This RCIC is an associate in decent stand-up with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC).
All the above information which we call our “Exclusive Information” has been produced and compiled by us based on our extensive experience, to make your application process as simple and efficient and maximise your chances of obtaining your Permanent Resident (PR), Visa – Study, Visitor etc., and/or Work Permit.
Unless otherwise stated, SCI owns the intellectual property rights on the website and material on the website. Subject to the license below, all these well-informed property rights are reserved.

Note: Once we provide our Exclusive Information to you, our full fees become due as you are given full access to and benefit from our Proprietary Information. In the event of a payment plan being arranged with your consultant, your balance payment will become due on the date arranged at the time of engagement. These balance payments must be paid on time regardless of where we are or where you are in the application process. It is mandatory to settle any outstanding balances on time to avoid disruptions and penalties. Initial qualification emails and phone calls prior to payment do not constitute as Proprietary Information. All intellectual property (including all of our rights in and to our Exclusive Information) on our website and online portal, which includes content, trademarks, logos, pictures, video, downloads, domain names, patents, design elements, software, source code, meta tags, databases, text, graphics, icons and hyperlinks are either our property or licensed to us. Therefore, the intellectual property on our website is protected from infringement by domestic and international legislation and agreements, it means that you cannot, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish, copy, send or use any information on our website and online portal without our prior consent in black and white by SCI. SCI hereby grant permission to you for a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view, download, save and print the content of our website, but you can only use such content for legitimate private, personal, educational and/or non-commercial purposes only linked with obtaining your Visa, Work Permit, Permanent Resident or for informative and/or evidentiary purposes. Access to confident areas of this website is limited. SCI reserves the right to limit access to their Customer Doorway, areas of this website, or indeed this complete website. If SCI provides you with a login detail i.e., Username and Password, to allow you to access limited areas of this website or other areas of services, you must safeguard your Login details. SCI may deactivate your user login details at its sole discretion without announcement or clarification.

Without prejudice to the foregoing paragraph, you agree that the limitations of warranties and liability set out in this website disclaimer will protect SCI owners, partners, agents, subsidiaries, successors, assigns and sub-contractors as well as SCI.
Other parties
Once you admit that, as a limited liability entity, Sawubonacanada Immigration has an interest in limiting the personal liability of its officers and employees. You decide that you will not bring any entitlement personally against Sawubonacanada Immigration directors and team members in respect of any losses you suffer in using the information on the website. Without prejudice to the foregoing paragraph, you agree that the limitations of warranties and liability set out in this website disclaimer will protect Sawubonacanada Immigration owners, partners, agents, subsidiaries, successors, assigns and sub-contractors as well as Sawubonacanada Immigration.
Some processes during the Visa, Permanent Resident or Work Permit acquisition journey may require the involvement of 3rd party organisations to pre-approve, approve or verify certain documents, qualifications and English language abilities (Often referred to as IELTS exams or ECA/WES). If the process in acquiring your application is halted or disrupted by the failure to acquire such a document through this third-party organisation, you are required to reapply until such time as this document is received. SCI cannot be held liable and a refund will not be provided if an indication was made that a certain qualification document could be supplied, and it is later discovered that it cannot be supplied. In this instance, the applicant must then apply for the document in question regardless of the timeframes indicated to produce this document before the process can continue. In all instances, SCI will provide the support or recommend assisted methods in you achieving a positive result with this particular document or process. Whilst, we will do everything in our power to assist you to obtain your Visa/PR/WP, we do not have the final say on any application. This is in the sole and absolute discretion of the government of the country issuing the visa.
Unenforceable provisions
If any establishment of this website disclaimer is, or is found to be, unenforceable under applicable law, that will not affect the enforceability of the other provisions of this website disclaimer.
Breaches of these terms and conditions
Without prejudice to SCI other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, SCI may take such action as SCI have confidence in to deal with the breach, including suspending or blocking your access to the website, restricting your computers using your IP address from accessing the website, communicating your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the website and/or bringing court proceedings against you.
Indemnity
SCI may review these terms and conditions from time-to-time. Reviewed terms and conditions shall apply to the use of this website from the date of the publication of the reviewed terms and conditions on this website. Please go through this page or terms and conditions regularly to ensure you are familiar with the current version. Some variations may be given effect retrospectively also and SCI is authorised to make such changes.
Variation
Sawubonacanada Immigration may review these terms and conditions from time to time. Reviewed terms and conditions will apply to the use of this website from the date of the publication of the reviewed terms and conditions on this website. Please go through this page or terms and conditions regularly to ensure you are familiar with the current version.
Assignment
SCI may transfer, sub-contract or otherwise deal with rights and/or obligations under these terms and conditions without informing you or obtaining your consent. You however, cannot transfer, sub-contract or otherwise deal with your rights and/or obligations under these terms and conditions.
You may not transfer, sub-contract or otherwise deal with your rights and/or obligations under these terms and conditions.
Severability
If a provision of these terms and conditions is determined by any court or other competent authority to be unlawful and/or unenforceable, the other provisions will continue in effect. If any unlawful and/or unenforceable provision would be lawful or enforceable, if part of it were deleted – that part will be deemed to be deleted, and the rest of the provision will continue in effect.
Entire agreement
These terms and conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer constitute the entire agreement between you and SCI in relation to your use of this website, and replace all previous agreements in respect of your use of this website.
Our commitment to you and Refund Policy
You have trust in us otherwise we wouldn’t be at this point. We aim to preserve that trust and deliver an exceptional service and most importantly manage your expectations from beginning to end. It is however, your responsibility to deliver to us all true information pertaining to your case, so that we can provide a service based on this information. It must also be noted that SCI will do everything in its power to protect its Proprietary Information and intellectual property and theft thereof.
Full refunds
Full refunds of our service fees will be granted in the following circumstances:
a) If SCI provided incorrect information or acted in a manner that adversely affected the outcome of your application once submitted and once the result thereof was established;
b) If a consultant mis-qualified you in any way resulting in a disruption to the progression of your application;
c) If you withdraw from the process prior to the on-boarding process which includes the first consultation from our Expert and the creation of your online portal which houses your documentation list and our Proprietary Information; and
d) If a candidate (or a candidate’s spouse) has suffered a death in their immediate family or has been diagnosed with a terminal illness that results in the application no longer being required.
Partial refunds
Partial refunds may be requested once investigations have been completed by our Case Management Division together with the involvement of a SCI Chief Operations Officer and/or Director if, unless it was indicated by you to the contrary at the outset, a candidate has attempted and failed to apply for a 3rd party approval of a document or process (where the successful result of this 3rd party approval is mandatory for the completion of the submission process of the visa in question), a partial refund may be considered. Such a refund will equate to the associated percentage value of this particular process in question, in relation to the entire visa process. This value will be determined by the Director and/or the Chief Operations Officer.
No Refunds will be given if
a) False information that was given to us leads to a refusal of an application or third-party process;
b) Information communicated to us during the initial consultation call / email conflicts with actual information discovered whilst the visa process is underway;
c) False documents are supplied to cover or disguise required documents needed for the completion of the visa process;
d) A candidate withdraws from the application process for any personal or external reasons whatsoever
e) A case has been affected by a sudden change in process or document requirement concerning an application made to an Immigration Department, Assessing Authority or third-party organisation which ultimately and adversely affects the outcome of the application;
f) In instances where English exams are required – where a candidate has confirmed their ability to pass an English exam based on his/her efficiency presumption and then fails such an exam preventing the candidate moving forward. The candidate will need to reapply and write this exam again until such time as he/she passes;
g) SCI will also not be held liable for more than 100% of the fees paid over to us for our services.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with [GOVERNING LAW], and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the [non-]exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [JURISDICTION].
Customer Satisfaction
