Federal Skilled Worker Program:
is one of the leading programs through which skilled workers with foreign work experience can apply through express entry system & be part of the process of Canada immigration. The eligibility criteria under this program are a minimum 1 year of continuous full-time work experience under the National Occupational Classification (NOC) skills levels 0, A, or B & must be paid in last 10 years. Other basic eligible requirements are proficiency in English or French Language, educational qualifications (Secondary school or higher) which must be evaluated by one of the Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) body & having a valid report.
Canadian Experience Class:
this program is introduced specially for International students and Foreign workers in Canada. Aspirants within these two categories may be eligible apply for Permanent Residence considering they have acquired at least one year of skilled, technical, or professional work experience in last 3 years within Canada from the application submission date. Language proficiency differs as per the National Occupational Classification (NOC) skills level 0, A, or B. Education Credential Assessment (ECA) report still require in case of foreign worker or international student have any education outside Canada.
Federal Skilled Trade Program:
this program is specifically for those who have their qualification & experience in skilled trade. The eligible applicant must have completed at least 2 years of work experience in a skilled trade within five years from the application submission date. Applicants will be considered to have completed the requirements if:
⮞They worked 30 hours per week in a trade over the course of 2 years.
⮞They worked 15 hours per week in a trade over the course of 4 years.
⮞An offer for full-time employment for work that will take place over the course of at least a year OR possess a certificate of qualification in a skilled trade that has been issued by provincial government.
All applicants must have minimum CLB 5 required for speaking and listening; and CLB4 for reading and writing.
Provincial Nomination Programs
Provincial Nomination Programs are also called as PNP, PNP’s is an alternate pathway to the Express entry system to apply Canada Immigration. These provinces diligently work with provincial government with an intent to get skilled immigrants to overcome the requirement of there highly in demand occupation list. Applicants need to show an intent of settling in the express entry profile for a particular province apply to the selected province separately. Applying independently helps in targeting the nomination more precisely and increase the chances. If province nominated the applicant profile, then successful PNP nomination gives 600 points in addition to the CRS score of a candidate. This score is usually sufficient to get an ITA – Invitation to Apply.

Independent PNP Stream:
Alberta Advantage Immigration Program is one of the available provincial nomination programs run by Alberta and the federal government allows to offer nomination to applicants based on there intent to permanently settled in the province along with other parameters related to specific skill set, education, language etc.
Applicants can be picked up for AAIP by submitting their Expression of Interest (EOI) through Express Entry or directly. If AAIP find the application and the occupation of applicant suitable enough to meet the province requirement in that case province will be nominated to submit their documents.
Any applicant who is nominated through the AAIP can apply for Permanent residency in Alberta, the application further will be managed by Immigration refugees and citizenship Canada (IRCC) & they have reserved the right for application outcome.

NBPNP is the only bilingual province, recognizing both English and French as official language, around more than 25 percent of population speaking French as a first language. It is also one of four Atlantic provinces on the east coast of Canada.

Atlantic Immigration Pilot is an employer-driven program that facilitates the hiring of foreign workers. All principal applicants applying in this stream must have a valid job offer from a designated employer and must have an individualized settlement plan for the family.
Designated employer identifies a candidate who meets their employment needs and the program criteria, that employer will need to first offer them a job. Designated employer does not need to apply the process of applying a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA).

The Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot is a community-driven program, through this pilot program the Government of Canada works with small and remote communities in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Saskatchewan & Ontario.
This Pilot program is designed to help the low population communities with aging people and shortage of skilled labor. Through this program it benefits of economic immigration to smaller communities by creating a path to permanent residence for skilled overseas workers who will show intent to work and live in one of the participating communities.

⮞ Have job opportunities available.
⮞ Have a local economic development organization that can manage the pilot program for the requested community.
⮞ Have the capacity to settle new immigrants in the community.

Quebec is second most populous province of the thirteen provinces and territories of Canada after Ontario. Montreal is the most populous city in the Canadian province of Quebec, the city is centred on the Island of Montreal, which got its name from the same origin as the city.
The Canada-Quebec Accord formed in 1991 and as per that, the Government of Quebec is responsible for selecting its own immigrants (Skilled workers and entrepreneurs) through its own economic immigration program. This process is directly managed by “the ministère de l’Immigration, de la Francisation et de l’Intégration (MIFI)”, Quebec’s Immigration Ministry.
The eligible applicant must have Quebec Selection Certificate, or Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ), it is a document which must have issued by MIFI to confirm an applicant has been selected for immigration to Quebec. Applicants who all are issued a CSQ document can further apply for permanent resident status.
Quebec is the only province in Canada that has French as its official language, making it mandatory for immigrants to prove proficiency in the French Language.
