IRCC Draw

The province of Manitoba has a process set up for its Express Entry program, which is part of a system of Provincial Nominee Programs that allow applicants to live and work in certain provinces.

The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) works on an Express Entry system. First, individuals will submit their profiles for consideration into the Expression of Interest pools. During each Expression of Interest draw, the applicant is compared against all the other candidates based on a scoring system that evaluates their work history and other background factors.

Once candidates are invited into the Expression of Interest pool, they will be able to submit a complete application to the MPNP.
