The British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BCPNP) invited over 139 candidates to apply for permanent residency. The BCPNP allows candidates to permanently settle in the province of British Columbia.

To begin your BCPNP application, you must create a profile on the online portal and get assigned a BCPNP score.

The score assesses your application on a range of factors, including your background and work history. Your score is compared against other candidates, and if your score meets the cutoff, you will be sent an invitation to apply as a nominee.

What is the BC PNP Skills Immigration Program and the Express Entry British Columbia (EEBC) route?

With all this knowledge about how to apply, you might be wondering what exactly this program is. This program is part of British Columbia’s scheme to guide applicants towards permanent residency in the province.

An important detail to note is that some of the programs have an Express Entry BC (EEBC) choice. Eligibility for this depends on:

  • If you are in the federal Express Entry pool already and;
  • You qualify for one of the Skills Immigration streams listed above.
