The profiles that the invites were issued to were created in IRCC’s Express Entry portal in between July 25, 2023 and July 25, 2024.

The most recent stream invited was under the Human Capital Priorities stream. This is the steam for skilled workers if they have the required work experience. The breakdown was as follows:
- The Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score range of the candidates invited was in between 395-444 points.
- These scores were based on whether the candidate had work experience in particular National Occupation Classification (NOC) categories, as set out below in this article.
- The last Human Capital Priorities stream invite was on March 21, 2024, and the CRS score range for invited candidates at the time was in between 468-480.
What occupations were invited under the Human Capital Priorities stream?
It is important to note that the below occupations were only invited if their work experience was listed as the primary NOC in their Express Entry profile and if they were applying with work experience compliant to the Federal Skilled Worker Program and the Canadian Experience Class program.

For Canadian Experience Class applicants, six months out of the one year of eligible work experience being shown in the application must be in the primary NOC.

What is the Ontario Human Capital Priorities stream for Express Entry?
Under the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP), Ontario has an immigration stream called Express Entry Human Capital Priorities.
It allows foreign workers to apply to live and work permanently in Ontario if they meet the necessary requirements for education, training, and skilled work experience.
- A job offer is not required in order to apply to this stream.
To be nominated for permanent residence by the Ontario government, you must first apply online, have a valid profile in Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada’s (IRCC) Express Entry system, and obtain a Notification of Interest from Ontario.
What are the requirements to get into this stream?
The requirements to be eligible for Human Capital Priorities are as follows:
- Work experience based on the Federal Skilled Worker Program or the Canadian Experience Class
- Education, which could be either a Canadian bachelor’s, master’s or PhD, or a foreign equivalent,
- Nurses do not need to meet this requirement if they are registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario or their primary NOC is under NOC 31300, 31301, 31302, or 32101.
- Those educated outside Canada must get an Educational Credential Assessment.
- The ability to understand, speak, read, and write English or French at a Canadian Language Benchmark level 7 or higher. For more details about the English or French language tests, visit here.

- A demonstrated intention to live in Ontario.
- Legal status in Canada.
- If you are applying through the Federal Skilled Worker Program, you must have a score of 67 points on the education, language, work experience, age, arranged employment in Canada and adaptability factors.
